Thank you for your visit to Xxxx on 1st March xxxx along with Mr. Nicholas Ashton (Mace) to inspect the marbles in our factory which were rejected earlier. As highlighted during the Marble inspection, the Marble suppliers started the fabrication of these vanity tops from the AAID approved slabs. And this was the biggest concern of the suppliers and stopping them in proceeding with the fabrication of new tops even they are approved by AAID representative.

Due to this situation both the supplier are not willing to proceed with further cuttings of the slabs without having a clarity on the rejection criteria.

However further to your Instruction over the phone on 02.03.xxxx, we are proceeding with the installation of the slabs which were inspected by you and Mr. Nicholas Ashton in our factory. Please see below the summary of vanity tops with pictures as reference (Annexure 1) for your record and understanding.

  • Tundra Grey       :  21 Sets + 4 Delivered to site as per Mr. Nicholas Ashton (Mace) Instruction.
  • Crema Uno         : 6 Sets + 3 Delivered to site as per Mr. Nicholas Ashton (Mace) Instruction.

Any rejection on these vanity tops during the final checking by the consultant will be the responsibility of CSCEC and Xxxx cannot be held responsible for the abortive works resulting to these rejections.

Going forward

Xxxx would like to bring again to your attention “The Solution” which we proposed in our letter Ref (a) to resolve this Mable issue once and for all.

Yours faithfully,

On behalf of  xxx LLC
