Dear Sir,
We acknowledge receipt of your letter reference no.1 above and to several exchanges of emails between us and your representative regarding Romeo Interiors scope of works for R10 Building where you have requested from us to submit the necessary shop drawings for the Penthouse Area and threaten us that any delay in the submission which will delay the site progress will be our responsibility which came as a surprise considering the fact that we have already completed our scope of works.
Moreover, we refute your reference to the Clauses 5 & 6 of the contract in relation to the re-measurable nature, as it was misunderstood from your end. The re-measurable nature has already been considered on our claim as we claimed only the actual works that we carried out when you have instructed us to complete our works, please refer to the letters references 2 to 6 above which are self-explanatory.
In view of the above, your statement in your letter reference 1 above is rejected; any additional works required from our side shall be discussed and agreed prior to proceeding with any work.
This is for your information, reference and necessary action.
Sincerely Yours,
For Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors LLC
