Dear Sir,
We acknowledge receipt of your letter reference xxx dated 24th May xxx regarding your request to modify the kitchen design in unit 811 to match other typical floor kitchen design.
Please be informed that the Kitchens for level 8 were not carried out by Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors, it was carried out by other party, modifying the works by other party will invalidate their warranty towards their scope of works, hence, we suggest that DECC approach the same party who carried out the works for level 8.
However, if you would like Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors to replace fully the kitchen on the aforesaid unit, we will not have any issue to comply, moreover, our liability will be limited to this work on this level.
