Issue of the Main Door Frame Sample and Quality

Subject:          Regarding Issue of the Main Door Frame Sample and Quality delivered by xxx Center

Dear Sir,

With reference to above mentioned subject, we can’t able to start the floor tiling work in 2^nd flr. because the sample provided by the Home Center is not as per site requirement and please note the following:

1. The sample width is not as per our requirement from drawing.
2. The workmanship is poor since the fabrication is not proper in  right angle.

So, we would like to inform you that we facilitate the sub-contractor agreement but we are facing the problem for the coordination and quality and please do not put the blame for issue related quality delivered in future by the Home Center need to be supervise by the client or by the consultant because the scope belongs to client only with all respect.
