Subject: Ironmongery for FD-90
Dear Sir,
Further to the receipt of ironmongery schedule by email on 20th February xxx, we wish to inform you that the schedule provided by the ironmongery supplier particularly the ironmongery for the 90 minutes Fire Rated Doors is not in compliance with the global assessment for the fire rated doors.
Being a certified Fire Rated Doors manufacturer, we will not be in a position to accept and install the non-complying ironmongeries for the Fire Rated Doors as this will result in a Non Conformance from our part which may lead to the suspension of our certificate.
In view of the above, we request that you instruct your ironmongery supplier to provide the ironmongery for the Fire Rated Doors in conformity with the global assessment for fire rated doors (copy attached for reference). Moreover, any delay in providing the complying ironmongeries will not be our responsibility, and should delay occur, we reserve our rights for extension of time and additional cost.
