Subject                 : IPA – Long Lead Material/ Shaver Sockets & Light Fittings

Dear Mr. Prince,

In reference to our latest email correspondence attached with this letter, we would like to bring into your attention that the shaver socket and Light fittings are long lead materials which are still under review with the consultant. The minimum delivery period for these materials are 8 to 10 weeks which is not in line with our delivery schedule submitted to you on xxx reference Xxx-GNC-xxx.

Currently with the situation of Universal threat of Corona virus this delivery period will be extended and cannot be predicted at the moment. Considering this situation and the delay in approving these 2 items we left out with no other choice other than to skip this materials from Xxx scope and request SPOA to take this with the client and order it directly to Oman. We can look into the possibilities of supporting SPOA in fixing these at site if required.
