With reference to the above mentioned subject. Regarding your site visit and instruction on dated: 15.02.2014, we completed and shaft today as you instructed and you must start the installation from tomorrow.

Second lift we already started the preparation as you instructed today for closing hole and more planks in this shaft will be complete tomorrow as per your requirement and instruction.
