INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY

XXX INTERIORS LLC shall implement and maintain an Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure providing products which satisfy our client’s requirements and comply with all applicable regulatory requirements.

In order to achieve this objective, it is the policy of our company to maintain an effective and efficient Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Management System through the following objectives;

• Delivering products on TIME.
• Develop an Integrated Management System that will comply with requirements and lead to continual improvement in all areas of our operations.
• Optimum Utilization of resources through safe, reliable, efficient and environmental friendly operations.
• Provide a safe and healthy working environment for all our people with a commitment to preventing injury and ill health.
• Ensure that all employees are aware of their statutory duties and take reasonable care of themselves, others and the environment.
• Conduct our activities responsibly and in a manner that will protect from harm our staff, the public and the environment
• Ensure that continual improvement in Quality, care of Health, Safety and Environment through usage of technology and effective implementation of the Integrated Management System.

XXX INTERIORS LLC shall ensure that this Integrated Management System Policy is documented, reviewed and communicated to personnel at all levels within the organization and to interested parties.
