                        Your Instruction for Motion Sensor Light Location for Guest Room

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject, we would like to intimate you that we will follow your instruction and kindly note the following:

1. This additional linear light have the impact on the ceiling drawing issued by ID. So, kindly issue revised RCP drawing for this area with detailed cross-section and dimension as well as height from FFL.

2. In your instruction to provide the motion sensor light. This is additional light and we will review our scope but in particular area it is addition scope required engineer instruction for variation.

3. We will provide the doorbell sample for the HONEYWELL supplier and after approval, we will submit the variation  for supply and fixing.

So, we will submit the impact in cost and time after receiving the RCP detailed drawing and approval of the sample.

This is for kindly information and for your  record as well as we cannot submit the revised RCP drawing until you will not issue the revised RCP drawing as requested.
