Dear All,
With reference to above mentioned subject, we are attaching a mail from xxx on14thxxx.kindly review/decide their payment terms which is self-explanatory that they are payment terms not matching with nomination document issued by your office.
Furthermore any advance which is being paid more than 10% the main contractor is liable to pay only 10% additional amount above the 10% as advance must be paid by the employer and should not be deducted from the main contractor.
