Subject: Guarantee / Warranty on Kitchen Cabinet and Vanity Counters
Dear Sir,
Further to our contract reference xxx dated 8th February xxx regarding the Supply and Installation of Kitchen Cabinet and Vanity Counters wood works and to your recent request to provide Guarantee/Warranty on our scope of works. Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors LLC hereby issued this letter to guarantee our scope of works against manufacturing and installation defects for a period of one year which shall commence from the issuance of Taking-Over Certificate.
The aforesaid guarantee shall not cover any defects directly caused by the normal wear and tear, abuse of use, damages to the stone top and any damages which are not due to manufacturing and installation defects. Moreover, considering that the issuance of guarantee/warranty is part of the handing over documents, this letter of guarantee/warranty affirmed that Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors LLC have completed its scope of works.
In view of the foregoing, any issues related to our works during the guarantee/warranty period shall be addressed to Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors LLC., to the attention of Mr. xxx, Sr. Operations Manager, Tel. xxx, P. O. Box xxx, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
