Dear Mr. xxx,

We would like to inform you that we received the confirmation from xxx ceramics that they cannot provide us the sample tiles unless they start the production which is expected only by December xxx.

Please note that we already submitted the grout color samples for an approval with the old selection of the tiles. However the floor tiles never changed and since the wall tiles samples are difficult to receive we are not in a situation to submit a revised sample for the grout and silicone with the new selection.

The grout specified in this project is coming from Germany (Nano fug) which is a long lead item. So any delay in ordering can impact the delivery of the pods.

In this regard we appreciate if you can relook in the submittal and approve it will be of great support for the project.

Once we have the tiles we can assure you a sample board with the grout and silicone for your records.
