Dear Sir,
We refer to the Work Order reference xxx dated 26th May xxx and amended on 27th May xxx regarding the Kitchen Cabinet and Wardrobes Work, please be informed that in accordance with the addendum to the Work Order, any deviation between the tender drawings and the approved shop drawings it shall constitute a variation to the contract.
In view of the aforementioned, we are submitting herewith another variation for the Granite counter top due to the changes between the tender drawings and the approved shop drawings, for the sum of AED xxx as per below details;
- Supply and installation of 2+2 Granite side in open flats (20mm thickness x 20mm depth Indian origin Black Absolute Granite – Qty. 140 lm.
Please note that this additional cost will be claimed along with the previously submitted variation for the Granite Top.
