Subject                 : Free Issue Materials status & Impact on production completion

Dear Mr. Wissam,

We are writing to inform you that till date Free Issue Materials listed in the Appendix 1 are not yet received fully by M/s xxx (Contractor Name).

According to the latest tentative schedule submitted to consultant and client, the expected completion of pod production was set as 9 June xxx. This completion date was conditional on receiving all the Free Issue Materials by 22 April xxx. However, we raise again to your attention that without receiving the Free Issue Materials listed in Appendix 1, the completion date cannot be met.

Additionally, the floor tiling activity completion for Level 6 pods is on hold due to pending arrival of the required extra quantity of these tiles. We have received a confirmation from you on 30 May 2021 that the tiles reached to UAE and will arrive to M/s xxx (Contractor Name) factory by today. However, it’s our duty to remind you that from the date we receive the tiles we will need 15 days for completion of pods considering also the availability of all the other pending Free Issue Materials.

Moreover, we are still waiting for the balance FIM related to the 4 No. of disabled Pods (PODs Type 2) to complete these pods which are holding the installation and level completion in Levels 1 & 2.

Therefore we kindly urge you to expedite the delivery of the pending items in order for us to maintain smooth production and completion of pods.
