Subject            : Regarding finalization/ nomination of motion sensor subcontractor in the building

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, as per our contract documents and our exclusion which is part of the contract documents (attached herewith with contract, Vol 1, conditions of contract) , that the solar lighting control system is not of contractor’ s scope and kindly note the following:

1. In the letter of intent ref no: AP/269/217 DT.24.06.15, mentioned in the item 5.c (2) that contractor excluded the lighting control system.

• From exclusion documents– item no.7 & 11 included in contractor’s scope and rest of the exclusions accepted by the client.

So, kindly review the above and provide the motion sensor /lighting control panel subcontractor nomination as soon as possible and do the needful.
