Subject:           Final Coat of Paint for Clusters 12 & 13

Dear Sir,

We refer to our Work Order reference xxx dated 2^nd July xxx in relation to the Civil Works in general and to the application of the final coat of paint for Clusters 12 & 13 in particular, we would like to draw your attention that the final coat of paint for these clusters can only be applied once the Air-Conditioning System has been commissioned by the MEP Contractor M/s xxx, to date it has not been commissioned.

The areas which require final coat are the following;

Cluster 12 Block A – 6^th ~ 9^th Floors

Cluster 12 Block B – 7^th ~ 9^th Floors

Cluster 13 Block A – 3^th ~ 9^th Floors

Cluster 13 Block B – 3^th ~ 9^th Floors

In this regard, please be informed that any delay in the commissioning of the AC system will affect the application of the final coat of paint and will subsequently affect the handing over of these clusters. Romeo Interiors will not accept any responsibility for the delay in handing over due to this issue; therefore, we will reject any liquidated damages that may be applied on our account.
