External stone cladding and flooring stone quality issue

Subject : Regarding external stone cladding and flooring stone quality issue (stone supplied by RBM, nominated supplier by client)
Dear Sir,
With reference to above we would like to inform you that flooring and wall cladding stone supplied by M/s RBM, the nominated stone supplier have serious quality issue in stone supplied, kindly note the following
- Floor stone have surface polish issue at corner and edges, we can’t use rough surface stone, we requested supplier to replace defective pieces, they didn’t replace since yesterday.
- The wall cladding stone 60x60cm is not in perfect right angle, we can’t fix irregular size stone due to vertical/horizontal line and alignment issue.this issue supplier must visit at site to resolve the issue.
So, we are following with the supplier but their action is very very slow, and we hold the external stone cladding work till client will not resolve the quality issue as advise or replace the defective stone.
