Subject        :  Regarding Epoxy painting in pump room at Basement floor.

Dear Sir,

With reference above, we would like to inform you the pump room Epoxy paint we will applying on surface prepared at top of the existing raft, so we are requesting to delete cement/sand week bearing surface to receive the epoxy floor painting.

We are advising that cement/sand screed will have cracks during the testing of the pump. Because of vibration will be transferred to floor through GI pipe networking and round the foundation edge during the testing before inspection as well as during the inspection.

Furthermore cement/sand screeds will keep dampness because of the crack and this under surface moisture will de bond the Epoxy surface sometime. And we will face the issue due to our guaranty and warranty and repairing.

So, to mitigate or avoid the risk of the quality kindly review our request and attached documents, we are awaiting your earliest reply and advise accordingly.
