Dear Mr. Jamal,
Please be informed that we still haven’t received any approval or comments on the drawings which we submitted on 3rd of March, xxx. This includes the drawings for Type ‘C’ first floor pods MEP drawings and Type ‘A’ drawings. Attached you will find the drawings submittal log for your understanding.
We urge you to take necessary action to approve the drawings as soon as possible to avoid any conflict later on at site.
Also I would like to remind you that we haven’t received a plan from you for the delivery of free issue materials on which we have to make a delivery plan for the pods. As of now we have delivered 30 pods to site unfinished.
