1- Project Management Office (PMO)

* Role:
– Project Delivery: Focuses on executing individual projects.
– Constraints Management: Manages scope, schedule, cost, and quality of each project.
– Interdependence: Coordinates with other projects within the program.
* Responsibilities:
– Project Execution: Ensures successful project completion.
– Scope and Quality: Manages project scope and ensures quality deliverables.
– Schedule and Cost: Adheres to project schedules and cost constraints.
– Inter-Project Coordination: Collaborates with other PMCs and stakeholders.
* Example: PMC might handle the development of a specific entertainment district or a cultural heritage project within a larger program.
* Remember, while the PMO focuses on strategic oversight, the PMC dives into the nitty-gritty of individual projects. Together, they contribute to the success of complex programs.
