Subject                                 : Delivery of Unfinished Pods Type C & Type A Villas

Dear Mr. xxx,

Just a reminder on the previous letter send to you on 2nd of March (Ref: xxx) that we have not received all the free issue materials yet from your side.

While we are abiding by your request and we are cooperating to help, we have to reiterate that this practice can create unforeseen problems when we have to install these materials and fittings on site in terms of quality, speed and potential design discrepancies. For instance, should be there be any differences in the tiles or any materials dimensions it will cause serious implications on the drawings and pods finishing. Accordingly, we urge you to deliver the major balance free issue materials without further delays.

Moreover, we are still waiting to receive the Main Contract Programme, as per clause No. 2.7 of the Subcontract Agreement, so we can plan our production and submit our program accordingly.

Also noted on some pods delivered are been modified as per site conditions by others to accommodate the FCU’s for which xxx cannot be responsible. We cannot assure you any guarantee on the structure of these pods in particular.

We urge you to address these matter as fast as possible as xxx cannot be hold responsible for any negative consequences at a later stage.

Yours faithfully,

On behalf of xxx LLC

xxx
