Subject : Delivery of Type A pods
Dear Mr. xxx,
Based on the letter we received from you regarding the delivery of the pods in Type A villas we would like to infirm you the following.
- Type 7 pods we have to deliver 4 pods which will cover 4 villas, and we are not producing any more of these as you have requested.
- After the height been changed in the Type A villas the approval we received on 26th of March and from there we have to redesign all the drawings on other types. So the production need time to produce which we cannot ignore.
After discussing with production the best we can do is to deliver the pods for 2 villas of Type A Ground floors on Wednesday 8th of April. This will be unfinished pods since we are not getting enough time even for dryness of tiling adhesive and etc.
We highly recommend xxx Engineering to please understand that we are doing all what we can to support the site.
