Dear Mr. xxx,
With reference to the above We would like to inform you we are continuously following up with you and till date you did not start your work at site, This is reminder and notice in line of our continuous follow up that you are delaying you scope and our successor activity also being delayed by your company and you supposed to execute your work on Friday in last week of March to use all cradle together as you agreed .but you didn’t start the work upto now.
So, kindly do needful immediately and you will be responsible for any consequences in future.
