We acknowledge receipt of your letter reference xxx dated 3rd August xxx in response to our letter reference xxx dated 28th July xxx regarding the above referred subject and would like to note your statement that the whole issues have already been discussed and closed out during our meeting in the presence of the Client.
In view of the above, this is to put on record that ASCON statement on your letter reference xxx dated 21st July xxx are now considered resolved, thus, any issues such as application of LD or other penalties that may arise in the future can no longer be linked to your aforementioned letter.
