Subject : Delay in Revising Rejected Drawings
Dear Mr. Chen,
We refer to your letter Ref: xxx dated xxx received today, the 7th of October xxx referenced “Delay in Revising Rejected Drawings”. Please see below our response to your letter.
- Your statement that there is a delay in revising the rejected drawings is refuted as the durations mentioned in your table are not correct.
- For the record, we state that these are drawings mostly related to some details like color schemes, finishing details of the bathtub, tub, etc. etc…

Please refer to our letters dated 16th September & 18th Sep 2019 in this regard.Only on Wednesday, 2nd Oct 2019, we received an instruction to change the normal board to Glass Mat board. This is the only instruction we received that is actionable by Xxx.Therefore, only from the 2nd Oct 2019, Xxx could act, so we don’t see where is the delay from our side. We will revise the drawing, change the normal board in exposed areas to the Glass Mat, and resubmit by tomorrow.Please note, we will update the Wall Construction Detail as per your instructions. However, we would like to place on record that we did not receive an approval on the latest MAS showing any other technical changes related to the use of Glass Mat board, if any. As such, we will only replace the board type. In case you have any other changes you would like us to implement, please let us know. |
