Subject            : Delay in nomination of subcontractor and claim of running cost.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the aforementioned subject, we wish to put on record that there is delay in nomination of PS items (subcontractor). Refer to previous email trail of follow up.

1. Nomination of swimming pool subcontractor (commercial details with respected client to finalize).
2. Nomination of Skylight (was confirmed verbally. However, we require nomination/ approve quotation).
3. Nomination of Wooden joinery items Wooden doors, Vanity counters, Kitchen cabinet and wardrobes (was confirmed verbally. However, we require nomination/ approve quotation).
4. Selecting External Stone/confirmation of Screed flooring (quotation for both options was submitted for review and approval)
5. Stair (outside) stone /confirmation of Screed flooring (Same as point no. 4)
6. Supplier nomination for Light fittings (Supplier nomination awaited form Consultant/Client).
7. Supplier nomination for Switch & socket (Quantity will be finalized after freeze of light fittings quantity. -> Please provide nomination/approve quotation as Client confirmed that its finalized).
8. Nomination of Garage door subcontractor (commercial details with respected client to finalize).
9. Nomination of Pedestrian door and Cat ladder subcontractor (commercial details with respected client to finalize).
10. Nomination of Shower Glass partition subcontractor (commercial details with respected client to finalize).
11. Nomination of Mirrors works subcontractor (Client will provide mirrors details measurement).

In light of above, we are in conclusion that from 1^st of September to onward we will change additional AED 11,350.00 (AE Dirhams Eleven Thousand Three Hundred Fifty only) per month as per following head as running cost for the balance life span of project.
