Subject:            Delay in Mock-up Material Delivery

Dear Sir,

We are in receipt of your letter reference xxx dated 1st September xxx (copy attached) regarding the alleged delay in the delivery of the materials for the joinery of the mock-up and we were astounded by your letter, as we never promised to deliver the materials on the same date of the meeting. While we agree that a meeting has indeed taken place on 31st August xxx, we never received the Minutes of the Meeting in order to verify the veracity of your statement with regards to what was discussed and agreed.

Furthermore, we reject your last statement on your aforementioned letter for it is being malicious and baseless. Please be reminded that it is not in xxx Interiors’ nature and practice to provide false statement, notwithstanding that we have not received the advance payment for the project, still we are diligently coordinating and cooperating with Delta with regards to the execution of the mock-up.

In view of the above, we consider your aforementioned letter to be null and void as its contents are more personal in nature; rest assured that Romeo Interiors is doing its utmost best in complying with the requirements due to our commitments to the project.

This is for your information and necessary action.

Sincerely Yours,

For Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors LLC
