Subject       : Regarding the delay in approval of Steel Structure and additional cost of

                      Mobile crane since we are removing the tower crane

Dear Sir,

With reference with the above mentioned subject, we are hereby informing you that the steel structure variation has not been approved and variation order has not been issued and we ordered already the work to M/s Al Karam Metal Works LLC as per Mr. Shailen’s instruction and note the following:

1. We are removing the tower crane and all the steel structure sub-contractor excluded the mobile crane for lifting, shifting and erection of steel structure since tower crane was available at the time of their quotation.
   1. As we are removing the tower crane and we cannot keep further to avoid any delay for other activity like transformer shifting as per program submitted and steel structure work advance is not paid till date / formal variation order is not issued by you.

        So, this is for your kind information that the additional cost of the mobile crane will be considered as an additional cost or variation will be raised with mobile crane charge.
