Delay by nominated subcontractor and serious concern at site for pending work.

Dear Sir,

With reference to above, we would like to inform you that we did all our close follow up with many of nominated subcontractor, we have no control over them and they are not serious to complete their work at site as per the target given.

1. Metalu not only completing glass work and they do not have material but also other work for fixing the accessories still pending and they reduced the manpower from site and only few worker available.

• The NAFCO still didn’t bring a single door and they didn’t submit revised drawing also, we did many follow up with them.

• The Makstylo still not completed wall cladding work at pool bar area.

• Davit system not yet supplied by DANWAY.

• Lift subcontractor still work going on, the travelling cable, wiring of operating panel and co-cordinator for AC in the shaft

• RTA external interlock still NOC from RTA not received

• The drainage department subcontractor still working at site will take 2 to 3 days more.

• Other subcontractor also started very late and working with their own pace of speed.

So, we will not be held responsible for any delay by nominated subcontractor and delay in project too.
