We refer to the payment certification we received reference xxx dated 3^rd September xxx (copy attached) addressed to M/s xxx, please be informed that we have noticed that aside from the retention amount of 10%, other deduction has been applied on our payment without even specifying the details.

In this regard, this is to inform you that we reject the deduction made on our payment and you are requested to reverse the full amount of AED xxx on our next payment certificate.
