Dear Sir,
We refer to your email dated 19th May xxx regarding the Damaged Wardrobe Doors for the Tower 2B, where you have instructed Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors to manufacture the replacement for the aforesaid doors. Considering that these items will be considered a variation to our contract, we are pleased to submit our quotation to Manufacture, Supply and Install the aforesaid for a total amount of QR xxx (Qatar Riyal Three Hundred Fifty One Thousand, Nine Hundred Thirty Only)for1356 nos. of shutters as per the attached breakdown.
Please note that the above mentioned cost is based on normal working hours of 23 days for manufacturing, 7 days delivery, 15 days of installation (total 45 days program), in case of any requirement to accelerate the production, the above mentioned cost shall be increased by 10%.
