Dear Sirs,

Referring to the above mentioned subject, please be informed that there are materials being damaged at site as per the attached photos during the temporary closure of the project.  With the intention to execute and finish our works at your satisfaction, we are obliged to repair the said items even though it is not our fault. Hence, this will be treated as a variation since repairing has a cost and time implication.
