Dear Sir,

We refer to the recent survey carried out for the Tower 2B where it was found out that 217 nos. of Kitchen shutters have been damaged which need to be replaced to complete the works and handover the building.

In view of the aforementioned, please be informed that the replacement of these damaged Kitchen shutters will be a variation to our contract, thus, we are submitting herewith the relevant cost amounting to QR xxx (Qatar Riyal Forty Three Thousand, One Hundred Eighteen and Twenty Six Qatar Dirham Only).

Kindly note that due to the urgent requirements of the project, we are proceeding on the manufacturing of these Kitchen doors, we request your urgent feedback in case you disagree on our decision to proceed in the production of the Kitchen shutters.
