We would like to draw your attention regarding the damaged done by other Subcontractors on our installed wooden door where they have used wooden wedges in order to keep the door remained open (refer to the attached photos).

Please be informed that we reserve our rights to claim for additional cost for the required rectification of the damaged door and the relevant details will be submitted in due course.

We request xxx to advice other subcontractors to refrain from damaging the works of other such as the joinery works.
