Dear Sir,
We refer to your letter reference xxx dated 20th February xxx regarding the alleged damaged door for Flat No. 208, where it was stated in your letter that it was rejected by the Consultant because it is not laminated, please be informed that the damage door in room no. 208 is not a laminated door and it was damage due to the work’s carried out by others.
In view of the above, we will replace the damaged door for Flat No.208 (1 door only), however, there will be a corresponding cost implication based on pro-rata of the contract rate.
