Subject       :  Regarding Core Cutting Variation at Ground Floor for Breeching Inlet

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject, we would like to  inform that there is the variation for 4 nos. of core cutting for breeching inlet and the reason for the variation as stated below:

1. In our tender drawing the breeching inlet box was proposed at outside of the  wall surface and we kept the sleeve in the ramp slab.

2. In the approved civil defense with transmittal ref. AP/269/CC/43 dated 14/02/17  was also the same as per tender drawing.

3. The civil defense drawing was revised and the nos. of breeching inlets was increased from 2 nos. to 4 nos. and shifted  inside the office area as per attached architectural DM approved drawing as well as Civil Defense Revised  Drawing with transmittal  no. AP/269/CC/59 dated 12/07/17

4. Our quotation for the above mentioned scope is 4 nos x 275.00 Dhs = Dhs.1,100.00 ( One Thousand One Hundred Dirhams)

This is for your kind review and approve the same and we are seeking your instruction to go ahead signal for core cutting.
