Dear Sir,

We refer to our Subcontract Agreement reference xxx dated 25^th February xxx and to our letter reference xxx dated 24^th April xxx regarding the Supply, Installation, Completion and Handing Over of all Door Frames, Door Shutters, Door Architrave and Ironmongery Fixing including Mock-up Villas / Flats for the above referred project, and hereby Warrant our works for manufacturing defects and workmanship during the Defects Liability Period which shall commence on the date of handing over the project to the Client until the completion of Defects Liability Period of 24 months, as stipulated in the contract (see attached for easy reference).

Please be informed that our Warranty is limited to the materials that was supplied, manufactured and installed by xxx Interiors, the warranty for the Ironmongeries is not included on our aforementioned warranty as the same have been supplied by the Contractor.
