Referring to the aforesaid subject and further to the mail conversation between our Technical Team and Mr. Issam Dahmash, please be informed that we are proceeding with the partition height of 2.7 m for the shower enclosures as per his instructions instead of 2.2 m as proposed by specialist supplier due to technical and safety reasons, however, any distortion, damage or breakage in the future due to this, Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors shall not be held responsible and accountable.
