Dear Sir,
We are writing to inform you that production has been completed for all 1092 pods under the scope of our Sub-Contract Agreement ref: xxx
From the 1092 completed pods, 998 pods have already been delivered to site.
The balance 94 pods can only be delivered upon receiving the following from xxx:
- 67 Pods are awaiting receipt from xxx of the Free Issue Material SW-17A Small Flush tanks (67 No.) at our factory. This material is necessary to install the tank and complete succeeding activities.
Once this material is released to us by xxx, we estimate these pods can be completed within a short period and made ready to be delivered to site.
- 27 Pods are ready for delivery and are awaiting confirmation by xxx that the site is ready for the Pods to be delivered.
