Subject:             Commencement of painting work prior to issue LPO.

Dear Sir.

With reference to above, we are here by intimating that the nominated painting sub contractor has steered the internal painting work at site on Friday dtd: 25-08-2017. Without any intimation to us and note the following.

              1. The clent want to accelerate the internal painting work so, they want to over rule the    formalities to start up the activities.

            2.  We do not have any approval document submit your office.

            3.  Main contractor canot any raise any inspection sice we do not have any approval.

4.  Sub contractor must follow the sefty and site protocol as they came on Friday to start the work.

5. Main contractor sent terms and condtion to the sub contractor waiting for the accepetance to send the LPO.

So, we allow the sub contractor to work under client’s umbrella and responsibility and the painting sub contractor must sign the document to send the LPO and follow the site protocol.
