Further to the cheque we have received for the above referred project dated 3rd February xxx with a value of AED xxx (xxx) named under xxx Design LLC (copy attached), we would like to request if xxx can re-issue a cheque for the same amount under the name of xxx Interiors LLC as all the assets and liabilities of xxx Design LLC have now been transferred to xxx Interiors LLC.
In view of the foregoing, we have attached to this letter the copy of the confirmation of transfer of asset and liabilities from xxx Design LLC to xxx Interiors LLC issued by Mr. xxx, Share Holder of xxx Design LLC for your information, reference and record. Once a cheque is issued under xxx Interiors LLC, we will return the original cheque named under xxx Design LLC along with the original letter issued by Mr. xxx.
