Subject: Cancellation of Pods and reallocation
Dear Mr. Yang,
We received your notification of cancelling the pods from Level 31 (4 Pods), Level 42/43/44 (1 Pod each level) in C1 Tower and Level 28 (3 pods), Level 37/38 (1 Pod each level) in C2 Tower via email dated 3rd March 2020 and 20th February 2020. We would like to bring into your attention that these pods are already fabricated in our factory ready to ship as per your requirement.
Based on your request we can reallocate these pods to the above levels as per the below table.

Please be informed that we have completed the casting of all the slabs as per the agreed BOQ. So the subsequent cost for all the cancelled types of pods will be forwarded to you at later stage.
