Dear Mr. xxx,
Further to the receipt of your email addressed to our Sr. Operations Manager Mr. xxx on 23rd June xxx requesting for the extension of the issued advance payment guarantee for the above referred project, we would like to clarify this issue.
Please be informed that Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors did not receive the advance payment for the aforementioned project, instead we were certified AED 1.2M for the progress of work done, moreover, considering that no Advance Payment has been initiated, the cheque issued by Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors shall be considered null and void.
In view of the above, Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors is not in a position to extend the Advance Payment Bank Guarantee as requested; rather we would appreciate if the same cheque issued previously can be returned to us.
