Subject            :As per your letter ref no. xxx Dated xxx for the proposed cutouts in 14^th floor -awaited engineer’s instruction if changes required to implement/ opening at 2^nd floor in OTS

Dear Sir,

With reference to above mentioned subject and as per your letter ref no:AP/269/CC/131 Dated 31.08.16, we are expecting the major changes at gym area and we do not have any official instruction till date kindly note the following:

1. Kindly issue the revised drawing and engineer’s instruction if any changes to be implemented at 14th floor slab area.

• We need to forward the change instruction to MEP division to make necessary changes in MEP shop drawing.

• 2^nd floor OTS opening issue for the future maintain ace and floor trap at 2^nd floor level in the OTS as well as the door opening in big OTS near electrical room has not been resolved till date.

This is for your kind information and we are waiting for the engineer’s instruction if any changes required for the area listed above and to assess the impact in cost and time .
