Dear Ms. xxx,

We refer to our email dated 6^th September xxx in relation to the shop drawings we received from the Consultant regarding the Tower 16A and to your subsequent email dated 7^th September xxx regarding the same (copy attached).

Please be informed that we will proceed in producing the Kitchen Cabinets & Wardrobes for the Tower 16A taking into consideration that the comments made on the shop drawings regarding the provision of sliding shutter for the wardrobes Type W01 shall be considered null and void, thus, the shutters for the Type WO1 shall remain hinged shutters.

This is for your information, reference and further instruction if the above is in contradiction with the project requirements.
