We refer to the payment application we have submitted on 20^th October xxx for the Additional Works (Bulkhead) carried out by Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors for the Clusters 11, 12 & 13. Please be informed that to date, we have not received any feedback on the submitted claim, the continuous non-response from your end on the submitted additional works will leave us no other option but to raise this issue directly to the Client.

In view of the above, we are re-submitting herewith the previously issued payment applications as well as the relevant drawings as basis of our claim.
