Subject : For Metalu Metal Works Payment and Additional Variation Order for Dhs. 8,841.00 for DEWA Requirement
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, the aluminum original variation work order was issued from your office and Metalu executed the work accordingly and after DEWA inspection they did the modification in RMU Room and Substation. Kindly note the following:
1. The additional work carried out as per mail instruction on April 29, 2017 by Mr. Shailen Verma copy attached and executed as per this instruction as this variation carried as per DEWA instruction.
2. The variation order for amount of Dhs. 8,841.00 to be issued to the main contractor prior to release the payment to subcontractor as it is variation.
3. We are forwarding the Metalu invoice with the request to release the payment directly to the sub-contractor subject to approval of the variation by your office as mentioned in item no.2 above.
So, we are confirming to release the Metalu payment directly after fulfill the condition of the variation instruction the main contractor against work done by Metalu with variation.
