Dear Sir,

We are in receipt of Variation Orders reference no. 1 above in relation to the Kitchen Cabinets and Wardrobes Work Order Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors had signed with M/s ASCON reference no. 3 above and would like to inform you that we are not in agreement on the value of variation provided since this value do not reflect the General Requirements amounting to AED xxx per cluster which is part of our contract. The Variation Order value per Cluster shall be AED xxx instead of AED xxx as written on the Variation Order documents.

Please be informed that removing an item which is part of the contract after the job has been completed is definitely contrary to Construction Norms and Professional Practice, hence, we are not in a position to sign on the Variation Order documents provided to us unless the actual entitlements of Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors in accordance with the contract shall be reflected therein.

In view of the above, we are returning the Variation Order documents unsigned for your information and further necessary action.

Sincerely Yours,

For Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors LLC
