Dear Sir,
We refer to our above correspondence (ref: a to f) and numerous communications related to approval of long lead items. Please note till date we haven’t received official instruction to proceed with procurement of items related to our scope of works, as agreed during meeting at site office dated 18th December 2019.
As highlighted on several occasions, we cannot proceed with order of many items with conditional approvals (i.e. Subject to Hotel operator’s review & approval). We still not received single response to our above correspondences in this regards, however cannot hold the order further considering the site progress.
This letter serve to inform you officially that, we are proceeding with the order of the below long lead items in the absence of your instruction and hold you solely responsible for any changes at a later stage.

Please note, the minimum lead time of the above items will be 10 to 12 weeks and pods delivery schedule will be subsequent to actual material delivery and production time.
Should you object to the above, please issue your instruction by return within next 24 hours, if not we will consider your acceptance on the above to proceed with final order.
