Dear Sir,
We refer to our Work Order reference xxx dated 23rd June xxx regarding the above referred project and would like to draw your attention regarding the absence of Wild Air or controlled temperature environment which is required prior to the installation of veneered wall panels, veneered doors and decorative paint as doing so will subject the works to extreme temperature which will cause damages to the installed materials.
In view of the above, this is to notify you that we will not be able to install the veneered wall panels, veneered doors and the decorative paint in order to avoid any damages and any delay in the completion of works due to the absence of Wild Air will not be our responsibility.
This is for your information and necessary action.
